Nutrition care, built around your service.

At AVHS, every veteran's health journey is different. Our dietitian delivers practical, evidence-based nutrition care, bulk billed for eligible DVA cardholders, with the respect you've earned.

Whole-person care

Built around veterans and their families.

The physical demands of service, the challenges of transition, and the lasting effects of military life call for a level of care a standard clinic simply can't offer.

Whether you're managing a chronic condition, working toward a healthier weight, dealing with gut health issues, or supporting your mental health through nutrition, we're here with you every step of the way. Good health isn't one-size-fits-all, we treat you as a whole person and build a plan that actually fits your life.

What we help with

Nutrition support across the things that matter most.

Chronic Disease Management

Weight Management

Loss, gain, or a healthier balance. A long-term, non-judgemental approach, with no fad diets, no quick fixes, just practical strategies built around your lifestyle.

Mental Health Nutrition

Targeted nutritional strategies for veterans managing depression, anxiety and PTSD, complementing your broader mental health care.

Gut Health & Food Intolerances

Thorough, evidence-based assessment and management to help you identify triggers, restore gut health and enjoy food again.
