  • Performance difficulties

    such as erectile challenges, difficulty reaching orgasm, or pain during sex.

  • Avoidance of intimacy

    withdrawing due to shame, fear of failure, or emotional disconnection.

  • Relationship tension

    where misunderstandings about desire or performance create distance or conflict.
